Microsoft has delayed the Home Window Replacement (HWD) update until October 3, 2018.

The company said that the update would be rolled out to customers of Windows 10, Home, and Pro starting October 3.

This is not the first time that Microsoft has postponed the update, however.

Last month, it pushed the update to the Anniversary Update and to the Creators Update in December, and again on October 7.

The update was originally slated to roll out to everyone in October but was pushed back due to server issues.

This latest delay comes as the company continues to focus on addressing a variety of server issues, including a new bug that can cause users to lose all data.
